The delivery guys were great. Very professional very neat cleaned up very thoroughly. They kept me informed of arrival, and even came back to complete one very minor task for which they did not have the correct component. Excellent service!

Installation was pro style. Very efficient and careful to not damage flooring, ceilings, and even their own truck.

Russ and Mike were awesome! I'm amazed they came thru even in the snowstorm and then did a great job. Lovin' the new oven! Thanks ABT for having such wonderful employees!

The delivery men did an excellent job navigating very tight door frames and construction and they were courteous and thorough. I would have rated a 4.5 if available because I had requested a morning delivery and when I got the text confirming the delivery window for afternoon the time included an hour past the opening for the delivery dock of this building. That said, I called Abt and texted the driver, received a timely, courteous response and the appliances were delivered before the dock closed.

The people that answer the phones are very professional.

Delivery guys....Jeffrey and Marco are the best, very courteous and helpful. Since I am an old lady, Marco initiated transferring my frozen food from my 3 ft old freezer to the newly purchased one, it's not a lot, it took only less than 5 minutes but that shows how Marco wouldl do anything over and above his call of duty. Jeffrey is the same way, he put my old small freezer in the truck so I won't have to deal with it. They both deserve all my compliments and admiration on how ABT always aims to please their customers. I'm a proud and devout ABT customer. I'm buying a new washing machine from your store at the beginning of April as a token of my continued support to you. Hope I get a good sales associate who can help me choose my best option and best price. Please extend my bountiful thanks to both your excellent employees.

Mike and Martin were perfect installers and represented ABT well. They were courteous and professional and explained everything. I’m very particular and there was not one thing I could fault them on. I appreciated that they didn’t do a rush job and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Perfect job.

Service was very good.

The installers Juan Cervantes and Ferdinand Caarrero were absolutely super and have the patience of a saint. Ferdinand was especially patient with me in trying to sign on to my Samsung account which I established a couple of years ago when I bought another TV from Abt. We had trouble trying to get a new password. Both wife and I are not pleased with what we have to do to turn on the LG TV. A number of steps must be pressed to get to the YouTube streaming vs. how easy it is on the Samsung. I will talk to my salesman Peter Carpenter about what could be done to make it easier for my wife.

The guys were great courteous, fast, clean, professional. They called with a 30 min eta but ended up being closer to an hour. Not a huge deal but wish that would have been more accurate.

Always exceptional service. They actually called me and let me know that they were running early. Both service techs were professional, courteous and pleasant. There are so many places that we can purchase the exact same product, the installers, service and overall experience that comes with the Abt purchase is the differentiating point that set you apart. My wife was at home while o was at work and she said service was great quick installation.

I would give your delivery/installation members 6 or 7 stars, they both were very knowledgeable, and knew how to properly install the dishwasher and answer any questions that I had. I am a retired Union Tradesman, so they had a high bar to meet and I was not disappointed. More than GREAT job. I was also very impressed with ABT's ordering, mapping and billing system. TOP NOTCH. If possible, please pass my comments along to your crew. I know that comments I received from clients I would do work for, improved my service to all future clients. Keep up the GREAT work. Guys Where great Knew there jobs and did them quick and clean

From start to finish a great experience. We had some questions about dishwasher research we had done, and Dana was straightforward and super helpful. Delivery was a piece of cake. Installer was very professional and did a great job. We really appreciate the cradle to grave support ABT gives for appliances haha. Good to have just one place to call.

My salesperson said that the delivery guys would call in the morning to let me know approx when to expect them. My only comment on that point is that they called as they were on the way. They did install new shut off valves for the 2 water lines to the washer. I now have a continuous drip from the nearby hot water valve handle into the laundry tub which will need a plumber. So far the washer seems to work. It does vibrate rather a lot more than my old one???

As usual, everything went great! Delivery was made at the time specified and the delivery crew was courteous.

Everything went well. The fellows were efficient and professional Sebastian called the Abt plumber to come on Monday to replace leaking cold water input valve.

There is one thing that Ac didn’t come with the casing and the salesman never explain to me it didn’t have a casing. That’s the only bad thing that very important and I did not have it. They should remind people when they buy something like this with this amount of money, they should know that if he has a KC or doesn’t
